Meet Your Guide
This class is guided by Tamara Kattner - herbalist, holistic nutritionist, educator, and founder of Nature Farm School.
With over 20 years of experience working with nutrition, health, and the body, Tamara’s path naturally led her into the world of plants, where she began growing, harvesting, and crafting herbal remedies directly from the land.
What began as a deeper inquiry into food quality and soil health evolved into a full-circle practice of regenerative farming, herbalism, and nature-based education. Today, she teaches both children and adults how to reconnect with the land, understand the body as an ecosystem, and use plants as a source of nourishment and healing.
Her approach is both practical and intuitive, grounded in real knowledge while honoring the deeper relationship between people and plants.
This is not just something she teaches. It’s how she lives.
What you will experience:
Step into the garden and experience herbs as living, breathing medicine.
This immersive, in-person class is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the land, and learn how to work with fresh herbs in a way that is both practical and deeply nourishing.
You won’t just learn - you’ll harvest, create and experience!
